Appduct does not guarantee approval of apps on third-party app stores such as Google Play or Apple App Store.
Plans: Appduct offers subscription plans with varying features such as app builds, updates, and integrations.
Billing: Payments are billed monthly or annually in advance.
No Refunds: All payments are non-refundable except where required by law.
Late Payments: Failure to pay may result in suspension of access or app generation services.

Appduct retains ownership of its platform, tools, and underlying technology.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Platform to create apps.
You are responsible for ensuring your app complies with the guidelines of app distribution platforms such as Google Play and Apple App Store.
Appduct is not responsible for app rejection, suspension, or removal by third-party stores.
User Responsibility: You are solely responsible for ensuring that any app generated through Appduct complies with all applicable guidelines, policies, and requirements of app distribution platforms, including but not limited to Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
Google Play Requirements: Apps published on Google Play must comply with Google's Developer Program Policies, including but not limited to:
Apple App Store Requirements: Apps submitted to Apple must comply with Apple's App Store Review Guidelines, including but not limited to:
Account & Developer Credentials: You are responsible for maintaining your own developer accounts with Google Play and/or Apple Developer Program. Appduct does not act as the publisher of your apps unless explicitly agreed in writing.
No Guarantee of Approval: Appduct does not guarantee that any app generated through the Platform will be approved, published, or remain available on any app store.
Rejections & Removals: Appduct is not liable for any rejection, suspension, removal, or penalties imposed by Google or Apple. You are responsible for making all required changes to achieve compliance.
Updates & Policy Changes: App store policies may change at any time. You are responsible for keeping your app updated to remain compliant with the latest requirements.
Appduct collects basic account information, usage data, and technical logs to operate and improve the Service.
We do not sell your data to third parties.
You are responsible for handling user data collected through your own website or app.
The Platform is provided "as is" without guarantees of uninterrupted availability.
We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time.
Appduct is not liable for:

You may cancel your subscription at any time.
